Slitting Complex

Designed to cut laminated fiber board for use as book covers, loose leaf binders, and game boards.
The precision rotary slitters are very accurate, rugged machines that easily withstand harsh around-the-clock
operation.

Squareness guarantee: The most important feature of any slitter is that it must cut square. Our slitters are
guaranteed to cut square and parallel within .00075 per inch (.019 millimeter per millimeter) of cut length.

The slitting complex can be configured with a basic hand feed operation to a fully automatic (pallet to
pallet). Our machines are modular in that you can increase automation by adding equipment at any time, such as:

- Model 115B Sheet Feeder

- Model 155B Palletizer

- Model 215 Scrap Chopper

Only one operator is required to run the complex with the addition of the sheet feeder
and palletizer machines.
