Established in the year Two-thousand and four, Premier Paper started with a solid background in the book
cover and partition producing machinery industry. Three partners combined for 27 years of working in the
partition and book cover industry. Bob Lesch an electrical and mechanical engineer, had eight years of
designing and servicing. Jay Mumper had 11 years of experience in designing and servicing utilizing his
degree in mechanical engineering. Complimenting them with 8 years of manufacturing and production
experience, is machining journeymen Matt Mumper.
